What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Manager - Beverage FT position at Bally's Atlantic City Casino Resort?
Responsibilities:
- Handles the administration of all beverage facilities.
- Completes payroll for the beverage employees, maintains data and handles payroll forecasting.
- Ensures the enforcement of policy.
- Maintains all records, reports and critiques concerning beverage services.
- Takes disciplinary and corrective action on Cocktail Servers when necessary.
- Meets with the staff on a weekly basis to reiterate policy and evaluate operations.
- Other Duties as assigned.
- Works with upper management to maximize guest satisfaction and service.
Work Environment:
- Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
Target Salary Range:
- $45,000 annually

Experience
Preferred- High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of all beverage service policies and procedures.
Licenses & Certifications
Preferred- NJ Casino EE Registration
