A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE DEPOSIT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST As a Deposit Operations Specialist, you will play a role in the operational support of Cash Management RDC, mobile banking, online banking, and Bill Pay services. You will facilitate ACH transactions in accordance with BSNB and regulatory requirements. You are detail oriented, identifying potentially fraudulent activity to protect customer accounts. You will work independently to meet daily timelines, but also as part of a team supporting department goals in meeting the needs of our customers.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE DEPOSIT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
- Minimum of two years' banking operations experience required;
- Demonstrated experience identifying and reporting fraud;
- Prior supervisory experience preferred;
- Minimum of two years' prior customer service experience required;
- Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
