Job Summary
Are you ready to take on a leadership role with kids in a Before and After School Program where every day is different, rewarding, and full of energy? We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee one of our Licensed School Age Child Care Before and After School Program Sites. Under the guidance of the School Age Child Care Director, you’ll manage daily operations, ensure compliance with OCFS regulations, and—most importantly—create a safe, fun, and engaging environment where both children and staff thrive.
Our staff are mainly high school and college students who are passionate about working with children. They’re creative, energetic, and always eager to learn from someone with more experience. Where they may need a little extra support—like handling minor injuries, making parent calls, or guiding behavior—you step in as their coach and mentor. You’ll encourage their ideas, build their confidence, and help them keep their focus on what matters most: ensuring kids are safe and having fun.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 6:15–9:15 AM & 2:30–6:00 PM
- Additional administrative hours as needed
- 35-40 hours per week
There will be a legally permissible background check for the successful candidate
Qualifications and Skills
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Recreation or Child Development, a related field, or School Age Child Care Credential required.
· Two years of experience in a childcare setting.
Must possess valid automobile operators license with the ability to provide ones own transportation.
