  • Inspect, operate, and test plumbing systems located in sales floor areas, back rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and mechanical spaces
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems including pipes, valves, drains, water heaters, and fixtures
  • Install, repair, or replace plumbing components such as faucets, sinks, toilets, garbage disposals, and piping systems
  • Clear blockages and maintain proper drainage using appropriate tools and equipment
  • Monitor water pressure, flow, and system performance to identify and resolve potential issues
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on plumbing infrastructure and related store equipment
  • Operate lifts, ladders, and material handling equipment as needed
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Maintain accurate service logs and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with store teammates, leadership, and vendors

  • Maintain accurate service logs, work orders, and basic computer-based documentation
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with store teammates, leadership, and vendors regarding service needs and repairs
