- Assist in ingredient prep, portion control, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
- Contribute creative ideas for daily and seasonal specials.
- Communicate effectively with fellow cooks, chefs, managers and other teammates.
- Be able to adapt to high-pressure situations and busy service periods.
- Previous experience as a prep cook in a restaurant or food service establishment is preferred.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
- Attention to detail in presentation, flavor, and consistency.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented kitchen.
