Job Description

As the frontline “face” of Ballers, you will be essential in setting the vibe and making sure all interactions are as smooth as a perfect game plan.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
• Greeting and Welcoming Guests, you’ll welcome everyone into the venue with a warm smile and ensure they’re assisted promptly.
• Check in players using our reservation platform, confirm all players are registered and have provided payment.
• Assist with rental equipment as needed.
• Be ready to answer questions about our facilities, events, and services, and guide our guests on where they need to go.
• Manage bookings for our courts and player spaces, helping guests schedule reservations and other services.
• Serve as the goto person for internal and external communications at the front desk.
• Assist guests with purchasing items from the club's retail store, process transactions accurately using the pointofsale system, keep the retail area clean, organized, and wellstocked.
• Keep the player common areas tidy and stocked with all the necessary materials.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner, perform general administrative duties, assist with special events and functions as needed.
• Work closely with all departments to assist in various tasks and ensure seamless operations.
Skills & Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a front desk role or customer service position.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using computer software programs.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
