Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and filter replacements, following manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards.
- Inspect vehicles for any signs of wear, damage, or potential issues and report findings to senior technicians or service advisors.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all services performed on each vehicle.
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure efficient and timely completion of service tasks.
- Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing explanations of services performed and answering any questions or concerns they may have.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar automotive maintenance role is preferred but not mandatory. Training can be provided for highly motivated candidates with a genuine interest in automotive maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle components and maintenance procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with team members and customers.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
