We believe living spaces should have integrity and are deeply committed to our tenants.Primary Responsibilities Office Operations & Administrative SupportGreet and assist residents, prospects, vendors, and guests with professionalism and warmthManage front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, responding to emails, and routing inquiriesMaintain an organized, professional reception space and track office supply inventory, placing orders as neededSupport vendor check-ins, appointment scheduling, and access coordination as neededResident & Prospect SupportProvide accurate information about available units, amenities, pricing, and leasing policiesAssist with tour scheduling and coordinate appointments for leasing agents as neededRespond to resident and prospect questions, routing them to Leasing, Resident Services, or Maintenance as appropriateSupport a positive resident experience by maintaining a welcoming and responsive front desk presenceCommunication & CoordinationServe as a communication hub for the leasing office, ensuring messages are delivered promptly and professionallyAssist with internal scheduling, team meetings, and event logisticsDraft, format, and distribute resident notices and internal updates as neededProcess Improvement & Systems UseUtilize property management and productivity tools (e.g., Yardi, Zendesk, Monday.com) to maintain accurate records and support daily workflowsAssist in updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve consistency in administrative processesProvide input on ways to improve the front desk experience for guests and team efficiencyMinimum Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred2 years of experience in customer service, office administration, or property management supportStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesComfortable using office technology and software platforms, including property management systemsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance, discretion, and positive attitudeBilingual in Spanish (required) Key Skills and Competencies Experience in real estate, property management, or leasing environmentFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), CRM systems, and digital communication platformsBrick and Timber is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
