HVAC Service Coordinator
$28.00 - $32.00/hour SPIFFs & Commissions
Full-Time | Monday-Friday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM occasional OT)

We're looking for a Service Dispatcher / Coordinator who can take ownership of the daily schedule, keep technicians productive, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our 5-star standard.

What You'll Do
- Own and manage the daily dispatch board for service technicians
- Dispatch calls in real time and adjust schedules based on urgency, location, and job progress
- Maximize efficiency by reducing drive time and improving technician productivity
- Coordinate return visits and ensure parts are ready when needed
- Maintain and manage the on-call schedule
- Keep customers informed on timing, delays, and next steps
- Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and service history
- Support billing by preparing service invoices, timecards, and maintenance contract details
- Communicate clearly with technicians, managers, and internal teams throughout the day
What We're Looking For
- Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination (HVAC or home services strongly preferred)
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication-clear, direct, and professional
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using dispatching software and computer systems
- Geographic awareness and routing efficiency is a plus
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a bonus (not required)
Compensation & Benefits
- $28.00 - $32.00/hour SPIFFs & commissions
