Pay: $28–$35 per hour DOE

Ballard Natural Gas Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at customer communication, and have experience dispatching technicians in the residential home service industry, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service technicians efficiently throughout the day.
• Manage technician routes to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, arrival times, and scheduling updates.
• Coordinate emergency calls and prioritize service requests appropriately.
• Work closely with field technicians and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor job progress and make scheduling adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and customer information within dispatch software.

Requirements:

• 2 years of residential trade dispatching experience required (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services).
• Strong scheduling and route management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume environment.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred.

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Must be available for a rotating schedule that includes evenings, nights, and weekends
• Participation in an on-call rotation as needed
