Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Assistant Manager role located in McLean, VA. The Assistant Manager will support day-to-day operations while driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include supervising sales staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with the store manager to implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and achieve performance targets.
