Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Temporary Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to support day-to-day social execution across multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is equally comfortable with reporting, content operations, and influencer coordination. This position will focus on monthly reporting, influencer admin support, community management, and content publishing, working closely with the Social team to ensure seamless execution across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Organization & Administrative Support
- Own the development and delivery of monthly social media reports across all client accounts (organic, paid, and influencer)
- Pull, organize, and analyze performance data to ensure accuracy and clarity in reporting
- Maintain organized records of campaign performance and historical data
- Attend client calls (virtual and in-person) and assist with follow-ups and next steps
- Conduct ongoing trend and audience research to inform content and campaign planning
Content & Social Execution
- Manage and maintain content calendars in Loomly, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Execute manual posting across platforms, ensuring all content is published correctly and on schedule
- Support content creation efforts in collaboration with the Social Media Director
Community Management
- Oversee day-to-day community engagement across social platforms
- Monitor comments, DMs, and interactions, ensuring timely and on-brand responses
- Flag any sensitive or high-priority interactions to senior team members
Influencer & Campaign Support
- Support Influencer Manager with influencer coordination and campaign logistics
- Track influencer deliverables, timelines, and approvals to ensure campaigns stay on schedule
- Maintain organized documentation for all influencer partnerships
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok preferred) and scheduling tools (Loomly preferred)
- Experience with social media reporting and analytics
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
- Interest in hospitality, lifestyle, and influencer marketing is a plus
