Ballad Brewing is an award-winning production brewery and taproom in Danville, VA. We pride ourselves on making high-quality beer and being active members in our community. We are currently looking for a knowledgeable, organized, and passionate Beer Advocate to join our team.
Our Ballad Beer Advocates make up our taproom team and are responsible for making sure customers have the best time possible. Our Beer Advocates are a passionate crew that are interested in learning about craft beer and sharing that knowledge with our community. Beer Advocates provide top notch customer service and a great beer experience along the way - basically, our Beer Advocates are a fun-loving group that wants our customers to enjoy craft beer and community as much as we do! We are looking to make long-term additions to our strong team culture with staff that go above and beyond to further the growth of our brand and our place within the community.
Duties and Responsibilities for Ballad Beer Advocates include the following:
- Represent the Ballad Brewing brand and culture
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness standards
- Represent Ballad Brewing at off-site events
- Accomplish other tasks as needed

This is an hourly, part-time position. The position primarily works evenings, weekends, and some holidays with potential for a variable schedule. You must be 21 years of age.
