Job Summary
Ball Pro is looking for a detail oriented and dependable Machine Operator to work in our growing assembly department. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a growing company. Previous machine operating experience and lead skills required. Previous cartoner machine operating experience a plus. We will train motivated individuals!
Responsibilities/Qualifications
General responsibilities:
- Organizing jobs to be run for the day
- Following job instructions
- Quality control
- Prepping materials for jobs
- Running orders on the automatic golf ball packager
- Leading small teams on assembly and packing of orders
- Execute work flow
Other skills: Strong mathematical aptitude. Attention to detail (grammar, spelling, color, etc.) and quality a must. Ability to work independently.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Willingness to work while standing most of the day
- Ability to lift 30-40 pounds at times
- Machine operating experience a definite plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- High school diploma/GED required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
