We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Bookkeeper to join our team. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage day-to-day financial tasks and administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate is reliable, accurate, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with a high degree of professionalism.
Duties
Bookkeeping and Financial Management
- Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions
- Receive, review and process accounts payable
- Track and manage accounts receivable and customer payments
- Reconcile bank statements and checkbooks
- Monitor and maintain accurate bank balances
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
- Collaborate with external CPA
- Process payroll accurately and on time using Business Online Payroll
Administrative Duties
- File, organize and maintain both digital and paper records
- Answer phone calls and manage email correspondence
- Provide customer service and handle point-of-sale transactions
- Maintain and update website information in coordination with web developer
- Maintain and update Google Business and Facebook profiles
Qualifications
- Experience in bookkeeping and administrative support
- Experience with customer service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
