Prevention Coordinator/Homeless Liaison for the 2025-2026 School Year!
When providing services as a Prevention Coordinator/Homeless Liaison in the Ball-Chatham school district, individuals can expect to work with a variety of students at all levels of their educational growth. Ball-Chatham employees are an integral part of the school community, not only providing support and daily lessons in the classroom, but building a positive path for each student in pursuit of their individual educational goals.
Pay Range: $23.00-32.54

WHAT DO PREVENTION COORDINATORS/HOMELESS LIAISON'S DO?
- Provide social work services to homeless children and at-risk youth system-wide.
- Provide families, teachers, community and other agencies information about social agencies
- Serve as a classroom and parent liaison.
- Facilitate an articulated PreK-12 attendance procedure and assist in the maintenance of the procedures
- Work with an excellent team of professionals to make a difference in the lives of at-risk children
- 9 months of work with annualized pay

- Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related behavioral science field or certification in related area
- Ability to pass fingerprint background check
- Ability to interact with a variety of people with diverse socio-economic backgrounds and temperaments
- Ability to work independently
