What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of insurance professionals
- Establish expectations, accountability measures, and performance standards
- Create and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational growth goals
- Build a culture focused on development, performance, and client service
- Recruit and develop future sales talent
- Analyze team performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with leadership to strengthen organizational effectiveness
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and carrier partners
- Travel throughout the territory to support producers and business growth initiatives
- Help define and implement the future vision for the sales organization

- Minimum of 5 years of insurance industry experience
- Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing producers or sales teams
- Strong understanding of agency operations, sales management, and growth strategy
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and organizational performance
- Experience building accountability and performance management systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and drive results
- Ability to lead through change and inspire others during periods of growth and transformation
Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
