BDC Associate - Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic entry-level Automotive BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Representative to join our growing dealership team in Massachusetts. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in automotive sales—no prior automotive experience required.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries (phone, email, text, and online leads)
- Schedule sales appointments and confirm customer visits
- Follow up with prospective customers using established processes
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system
- Provide a positive, professional customer experience
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly activity and appointment goals
- Work closely with the sales and management teams
Qualifications
- This is an entry-level position — prior automotive or sales experience is not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and using computers
- Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
Environmental & Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear.
