Sr System Admin/SAAS Techincal Lead

Position:Senior Technical SaaS Lead/System Admin

Location: Church Street,NYC, NY(Hybrid)

Note:Ideal profile is closer to: Senior Technical SaaS Platform Lead / CLM Technical Owner / Integration-focused System Architect-Admin hybrid.

 Need a Senior Technical platform lead, not just an administrator.
Strong emphasis on:

1. APIs / integrations
2. JSON schema understanding
3. SaaS platform architecture
4. Enterprise SSO / authentication flows
5. Ability to troubleshoot integration failures
6. Understanding downstream impact of application changes

This person will act as the technical owner from Healthfirst side:

1. Vet vendor solutions technically
2. Challenge vendors where needed
3. Guide the internal admin team
4. Help make the team more self-sufficient

Domain experience in:

1. iCertis / CLM/Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
2. Contract lifecycle management is highly preferred.

They specifically want someone who can:

1. Understand business workflows UI
2. Map workflows to APIs/integrations
3. Discuss architecture confidently with vendors
4. Onsite presence is important because this person will lead and guide multiple teams.
