Position Summary
The Oracle P2P and SCM Cloud Functional will be responsible for leading the design,implementation, and support of Oracle P2P and SCM Cloud applications while ensuring robust security and compliance.This role combines functional expertise in SCM processes (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Logistics)with specialized ownership of SCM process design. This resource will partner with business stakeholders, solution architects, and IT security teams to deliver secure and efficient supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Leadership
Lead Oracle P2P and SCM Cloud implementations and enhancements across
Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management, and related
modules.
Collaborate with business process owners to gather requirements, define
functional solutions, and align Oracle configurations with business needs.
Provide SME (Subject Matter Expert) guidance on P2P and SCM processes,system capabilities, and best practices.
Coordinate with technical teams for extensions, integrations, and reporting related to P2P and SCM Cloud.
Manage testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and support business cutover and go-live activities.
Collaboration and Leadership
Act as primary liaison between P2P and SCM business stakeholders and IT for
both functional and security-related initiatives.
Mentor junior consultants and business users on Oracle out of the box
functionality and security best practices.
Lead workshops, training sessions, and change management activities for P2P and SCM processes.
Required Skills and experience810 years of Oracle P2P and SCM experience, with at least 35 years in Oracle
Fusion Cloud.
Strong functional expertise in Procurement, SCM, Inventory, Order Management and manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with P2P and SCM configurations.
Excellent communication skills to interact with business, audit, and technical
teams.
Ability to balance functional solution delivery with compliance and governance
needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist Oracle P2P, SCM Cloud.
Knowledge of Oracle ERP Financials.
Experience in regulated industries (Healthcare, Pharma, Public Sector, Financial
