Balian Springs is a Social Club centered around wellness and social connections. Included in this 100,000sf facility is a Sushi bar, a fast casual Kitchen, a cafe, a Non-alcoholic bar, and a rooftop bar. We are committed to providing a holistic wellness experience for our members, where nutrition and dining play an integral role in the experience.We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to support all daily operations of our F&B departments to ensure exception guest dining experiences. This role blends hospitality, operations, and leadership into one—requiring a proactive problem-solver, an inspiring team leader, and someone who’s deeply passionate about creating a mindful, high-quality culinary experience!Responsibilities:Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of food and beverage offeringsOversee the entire food preparation and cooking process, coordinating workflow and ensuring efficiencyAssisting with back-of-the-kitchen tasks when needed (cleaning, cooking, prepping, etc.) as well as ensuring FOH operations is running smooth (ordering taking, guest inquiries)Monitoring and maintaining adequate inventory levelsWorking with Management to curate menu items.Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met or exceededMaintain cleanliness and operational standards across all F&B areasTraining FB staff and handling schedulingQualifications:Food Handler's license2 years of food and beverage management experience, preferably in a wellness, hospitality, or boutique resort settingStrong understanding of nutritional trends and wellness-aligned food practicesExceptional leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-touch environmentAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededBonus Points If You Have:Knowledge of functional foods, herbalism, or nutritionExperience with non-alcoholic beverage programming or elixir-style barsA background in spa, hospitality, or resort-style operationsFamiliarity with wellness-focused event planning or community engagementCompany DescriptionBalian Springs is a Self Care Social Club — a sanctuary for renewal, invigoration, and awakening.With hydrotherapy pools, specialty saunas, a day spa, lounge areas, a rooftop oasis, and on-site dining, we offer an immersive playground for holistic wellness exploration. Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
