Baley’s Bridal is growing and we're looking for Bridal Stylists who are outgoing, kind, and motivated by learning mind-set to join our team!

About the Role:

• Create a supportive, uplifting, and memorable experience for brides and their guests
• Learn how to style gowns to different body types, personalities, and bridal visions
• Guide brides through high-emotion moments with patience, grace, and professionalism
• Maintain accurate client notes and follow-up communication
• Support showroom upkeep, POS transactions, and day-to-day boutique operations
• Collaborate with a team that values heart, hard work, and hospitality

We don’t expect you to know it all—we’ll train you. But we are looking for people who naturally bring the following:

• Excellent listening and communication skills
• A love for bridal fashion and a strong eye for style
• The ability to handle emotions and family dynamics gracefully
• Confidence without pressure—a soft, consultative sales approach
• Reliability, attention to detail, and strong follow-through
• Comfort using basic tech tools (POS, Microsoft Word/Excel, Google Drive)
• Familiarity with or curiosity about social media trends in bridal/fashion
• Willingness to commit to a 6–12 month training path to master the craft of bridal styling
• A genuine desire to be part of a team that celebrates others

Job Requirements:

• Weekend availability (BOTH Saturdays Sundays) and working on some holidays is a must
• Familiar with POS systems and Microsoft Office / Google Suite
• Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
• Open to feedback and eager to learn new knowledge and skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, appointment-driven environment
• Retail, fashion, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Must be committed to the full learning journey (not a short-term job seeker)
• Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) is a PLUS
