Bales Security is looking for a Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer to work in the Sarasota area. Our Unarmed Security Officers must have a strong work ethic, and possess quality customer service skills. Qualified officers must have their D SECURITY LICENSES issued by the State of Florida, and reliable transportation is a must (Officers must have their own vehicle). Successful candidates must know how to work smart, possess situational awareness of their surroundings, and understand and follow Post Order requirements as well as Florida State Laws.
This is an immediate fill position and requires the candidate to start work as soon as possible.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety.
- Respond to incidents and manage conflicts effectively, utilizing strong communication and conflict management skills.
- Conduct regular surveillance and inspections, maintaining a vigilant presence.
- Write detailed reports on incidents and daily activities, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
