What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Crew Leader position at Baldwin Turf LLC?
Baldwin Turf is seeking applicants who have leadership experience in one or more of the following landscape disciplines.
-Maintenance Services - Mowing, blowing, weed eating, & edging
-Landscape and Sod Installation
-Irrigation
This position requires someone who has strong leadership qualities, an ability to work alone when necessary, meet expectations/deadlines and operate with consistent work ethic and integrity. The capability to display leadership and effectively manage a maintenance crew or a landscape job site is always preferred. Applicants must be dependable and prompt.
