Retail Sales Associate (Leadership Experience Required)
Baldwin Vape and Tobacco – Baldwin, WI
Pay: $17.00 per hour Sales Bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 35 hours per week (Opening shifts only)
Baldwin Vape and Tobacco is seeking a dependable, motivated, and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We are looking for someone with previous retail leadership or management experience who is reliable, customer-focused, and looking for a long-term position.
Responsibilities
● Provide exceptional customer service.
● Opening the store each shift.
● Operate the cash register and accurately handle cash.
● Stock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized store.
● Assist with inventory management.
● Help oversee daily store operations and lead by example.
● Support and assist other employees as needed.
Qualifications
● Previous retail experience required.
● Leadership or experience required.
● Reliable, honest, and punctual.
● Strong customer service and communication skills.
● Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions.
● Must be at least 21 years old.
