Part-time Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a part-time maintenance technician to maintain the physical aspect of our properties, ensuring safe, habitable, and cost-efficient conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and clean grounds, interior/exterior common areas, lawn, sidewalks, parking lot, hallways in all buildings.
- Complete assigned service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain knowledge of power, water, gas shut-offs, sewer cleanouts, hydrants, and safety equipment.
- Maintain and update annually an inventory of all equipment and supplies.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Part-time position with 8 hours/week.
- Hours may vary as needed.
Benefits:
- Hourly compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour.
- Annual performance review.
Relationships:
- Reports directly to Site Maintenance Supervisor.
- Maintains positive relationships with residents, staff, vendors, community, fire, and police agencies.
