Essential Functions
- Develops and executes strategic business development plans, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Establishes and nurtures relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community partners, and industry leaders.
- Analyzes market trends, competitive landscapes, and organizational performance to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborates with leadership to develop and implement initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance market positioning.
- Leads negotiations for strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and other agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.
- Oversees the development of business cases and feasibility studies to evaluate potential opportunities.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- More than 10 years of experience in business development, strategy, or related roles required
- 5-7 years of leadership experience required
- Comprehensive knowledge of business development strategies, market analysis, and partnership development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
