Overview
Baldwin Farms is seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Operations Worker to join our agricultural team. In this role, you will support daily farm activities including planting, harvesting, equipment operation, and general farm maintenance. Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Operate farm equipment and machinery (tractors, loaders, irrigation systems)
- Perform general farm maintenance including cleaning, repairs, and upkeep of tools and facilities
- Load, unload, and transport agricultural products and materials
- Monitor crop conditions and report issues to supervisors
- Follow safety procedures and proper equipment handling guidelines
- Support packaging and preparation of products for distribution
Requirements
- Previous farm or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical work and lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic mechanical skills are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating tractors or agricultural machinery
- Knowledge of irrigation systems or crop management
- Valid driver’s license
