This is a full-time, on-site position based in Maysville, KY, for the role of Customer Service Representative. The individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving customer experiences. Daily tasks include handling client communications, resolving customer issues, assisting with service-related questions, and maintaining records of client interactions.
