Asphalt Laborer
Baldwin Asphalt Paving Inc. is looking for a dependable and hardworking Asphalt Laborer to join our paving crew.
Job Responsibilities
- Rake and lute hot mix asphalt to achieve a smooth, properly finished surface
- Assist with asphalt paving operations and other crew members
- Shovel and move asphalt and other materials as needed
- Assist with preparation and cleanup of job sites
- Perform general labor duties related to asphalt paving
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications
- Previous asphalt or construction experience is preferred
- Must be dependable and willing to work as part of a team
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and shoveling
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and occasional overtime
- Valid driver's license is a plus
