Pay Transparency: The salary range is $52k to $62k annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. Key Responsibilities
- Design and assemble themed gift baskets using high-end food and beverage products.
- Manage product inventory and place orders with vendors to maintain stock levels.
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff assigned to gift basket assembly.
- Ensure consistency in quality, packaging, and presentation across all gift baskets.
- Oversee custom gift basket requests, working directly with customers to meet specific needs.
- Monitor sales performance, track inventory turnover, and adjust selections as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and in-store merchandising teams to promote baskets during peak seasons and events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area in compliance with safety and food handling standards.
- 2 years experience in retail, food merchandising, or gift basket creation (preferably in a specialty or gourmet store).
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Leadership experience and ability to train and motivate a team.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with gourmet food, wine, and specialty products.
- Computer proficiency for managing orders, inventory, and basic reporting.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet during shifts, especially during peak periods like holidays.
