Baldpate Substance Abuse Treatment Center
Clinical Director for Established Fifteen Male Bed CSS Program
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a step-down program for men transitioning from an ATS program or other detoxification programs for alcohol, opiates, or other illegal substances.
- Manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance patient care standards.
- Oversee a mix of administrative and clinical duties, including developing treatment programs, supervising staff, and analyzing data to improve patient outcomes. Candidate must be competent to oversee group therapy groups and participate as the leader in group and individual therapy. Candidate must be experienced in providing supervision to case managers and counselors.
Qualifications and Education
- Independent license (LMHC, LICSW, LADC1) (All candidates must be independently licensed)
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and LADC1 or Master’s degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or substance abuse counseling
- Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience in a substance abuse facility
- Proven ability to present as courteous and professional at all times
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to organize ideas logically and clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy
Salary: Commensurate with education and experience
Hours: 32-40 hours per week
