As a Baldinos Trooper, you’ll be delivering the Hospitality, Service and Cleanliness our Guests expect from Baldinos.
Your FOUR General Orders will be:
- Be a dependable person- Be Punctual, Respect Others Time
- Take the Initiative- Greet that Guest, Start that next order, etc.
- Know your Job- You menu and your procedures
- Practice Teamwork- Don’t leave another Trooper Behind.

What will you be doing?
- Expert execution of the four general orders of a Baldinos Trooper ie: (Be dependable, Take the Initiative, Know your Job, Practice Teamwork)
- Give Hospitality- Speak to Guests, Greet and Thank them when they enter and exit.
- Serving guests in person and on the phone by taking call in orders
- Deliver Orders in the Dining Room or Curbside
- Prepare orders neatly, accurately, and timely
- Greet guests and prepares their orders, uses Point of Sale system to record the order and computes the amount of the bill. Collect payment from guests and makes change.
- Prep Vegetables, Meats, and Bake Bread and Cookies
- Maintain a professional appearance with a crisp uniform, hat and name-tag and personal hygiene standards.
