As part of our international expansion, we entered the U.S. market in 2025, and we are now seeking to enlarge the team with an ambitious Sales Professional to join our team in Minneapolis.
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented sales professional to build and grow a new territory in the medical aesthetics industry. You will work directly with med-spas, dermatologists, dentists, aesthetic clinics, and beauty centers, introducing innovative devices and consumables while helping clients increase their revenue.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within your territory
· Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach, field visits, and networking
· Sell aesthetic devices and consumables in a B2B environment
· Deliver compelling in-person and virtual product demonstrations
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic owners and key decision-makers
· Support clients in growing their revenue through treatment optimization and upselling strategies
· Manage sales pipeline, activities, and reporting using CRM tools
· Consistently track and achieve KPIs and exceed sales targets
Requirements
· Proven B2B sales experience (minimum 2 years) in the aesthetics, medical, or beauty industry
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
· Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
· Experience working with clinics, med-spas, or similar businesses
· Strong client-facing, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Existing network in the medical aesthetics or healthcare industry (strong plus)
· Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset
· Willingness to travel locally (valid driver’s license required)
· Fluent in English
· Proven experience selling devices or capital equipment
