Overview
We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our growing team. Must have Experience. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Tajima or SWF embroidery machines while ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Our ideal candidate has hands-on embroidery experience, understands production workflow, and takes pride in delivering clean, precise work. A strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and genuine love for embroidery are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain Tajima or SWF embroidery machines
- Read and interpret trim sheets and production orders accurately
- Set up jobs after receiving DST files, including hooping, stabilizer selection, and thread setup
- Color coordinate logos to match brand standards and trim sheets
- Load designs, adjust machine settings, and ensure proper thread tension
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Conduct quality checks during and after production to ensure clean stitching and minimal thread breaks
- Prepare and organize completed orders for the next stage of production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with production and fulfillment teams to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Experience operating Tajima or SWF embroidery machines Required
- Ability to read and understand trim sheets and production specs
- Familiarity with DST files and embroidery setup processes
- Strong understanding of thread types, stabilizers, and garment handling
- Excellent attention to detail and color accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet production timelines
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Manual dexterity for hooping garments and threading machines
