Bald Eagle Erectors, a growing steel erection company in Minnesota, has an immediate opening for a project manager. We are seeking an individual whom excels in communication, time management, safety, problem resolution, budgeting and client satisfaction.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review, analyze, interpret, make recommendations and coordinate bid procedures for accuracy and technical compliance.

Analyze blueprints, take offs, RFP’s, specifications, proposals, contracts and other documentation to prepare budgets and changes for projects and services.

Keep projects consistent with specifications, effectively using labor and equipment to minimize/maintain job costs.

Attend job meetings as required for projects.

Timely preparation of correspondence, change order requests and other project documentation.

Ability to resolve problems and make recommendations to keep project flowing to the satisfaction of owner, prime contractor or construction manager and BEE management.

Job safety, site specific safety plans, steel erection plans, tool box talks, pre-job safety instruction.

Track and manage tools, equipment, materials and supplies on job sites.

Survey and layout.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree in Construction Management or related field, or a minimum of two years experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Knowledge of structural steel, miscellaneous metals, rebar, post tension and pre-cast stone. Including Division 3 and Division 5.
- Experience in estimating, budgeting, job costing, and construction.
- Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, word documents, unifier, and primvera
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management to complete tasks as required.
- Ability to handle multiple projects on an ongoing basis.
