Part Time Fulfillment Associate

Bald Birds Brewing Company, located in the heart of Jersey Shore, is seeking Part-Time Fulfillment Associates to join our manufacturing team. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced production environment and take pride in quality work.

This position offers on-the-job training, employee discounts, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays with flexible morning or afternoon shifts available

Primary Responsibilities

• Load full cases of canned product onto rollers for fulfillment and distribution
• Load individual cans into conveyor lanes for carton packaging
• Form case trays by hand, glue, or machine operation
• Fill case trays with completed cartons to create finished cases
• Palletize wrapped and unwrapped finished cases according to required stack patterns and properly label pallets for identification
• Pack variety packs and prepare completed cases for shipment
• Assist the Packout team by placing loose cans from the canning line into trays and palletizing product as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow and adhere to all established safety, quality, and GMP procedures and protocols

• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including cold, warm, humid, noisy, and high-vibration areas.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull 30 pounds independently on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand and remain on feet for extended periods of time throughout the shift.
• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and walk frequently throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely operate within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain regular attendance.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or flexible schedules as needed.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear.

Salary : $16 - $18
