Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We’re looking for a warm, professional Bartender/Server who genuinely loves hospitality and creating great guest experiences. This role includes crafting fresh cocktails—especially margaritas—serving tables, running food, and engaging with guests at the bar with confidence and care. Duties

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS system Toast
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for bills and payments
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in compliance with health regulations
• Assist with catering, banquet, or nightclub events as needed
• Upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Handle serving responsibilities efficiently during peak hours, ensuring timely service
• Keep work area organized, stocked, and clean at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant, retail math, or hospitality environments; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, Square, Clover
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
• Experience working in nightclubs or catering environments is advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required
• Previous experience with brewing or beverage service is beneficial but not mandatory

Pay: $5.00 - $7.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
