This role will report to the Engineering & Reliability Director and have the option of being based out of St. Louis, MO or Verona, MO locations. Key responsibilities include monitoring maintenance labor and material costs, driving improvement of maintenance and reliability performance/work processes using KPIs, performing monthly analysis, establishing maintenance strategy and improvements proposals, and eliminating bad actors by organizing and facilitating site RCPS workshops within the site maintenance team. Additional tasks involve developing and implementing the Reliability Strategy at sites, including Asset Criticality Assessment, PM Strategy (inspection task list & frequency), and Spare Parts analysis. Key Skills
Ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the operation, experience using CMMS and ERP software, and technical expertise for PSM (Process Safety Management) and MI (Mechanical Integrity) programs.
