We are seeking a motivated, and detail-oriented Social Media Intern to support day-to-day community engagement across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. This role offers hands-on experience across social media, driving engagement across our online communities, and real-time interaction through content creation, comment and direct message management, trend monitoring, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is eager to learn, with a passion for social media and strong interest in digital marketing.

Essential Functions
Community Engagement & Content Creation
- Engage with our social communities by liking, commenting, and responding to mentions, comments, and direct messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
- Support content calendars, post scheduling, outreach, and day-to-day community management while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and conversations to keep content timely & relevant
- Track social and community performance metrics, including engagement, reach, response activity, and audience insights
- Help maintain dashboards and compile reports that inform future content and community strategy
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to support integrated campaigns and day-to-day execution
- Conduct basic research on trends, competitors, and digital marketing best practices
- Support influencer outreach, creator coordination, and community-facing activations that support brand awareness and engagement
- Assist with content calendars, campaign timelines, and creative assets
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok)
- Basic understanding of creative & marketing tools, video editing and analytics platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, HubSpot, Google Analytics) is a plus
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and performance reports
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
