Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service
- Collaborate with the Director of Recreation on various assignments and/or projects
- Take initiative on what needs to be done to run the locker room smoothly which will entail housekeeping chores
- Provides security of all Members’ and their guests’ personal property
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Inspects locker area to ensure tidiness
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with members, coworkers, and supervisors
- Greet all members and check them into the locker rooms.
- Anticipate all members needs
- Stock and maintain locker rooms.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Escort members to Spa Treatment area.
- Assist in housekeeping as requested
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
