Outpatient Mental Health Therapist
Location: Hybrid in Okatie, South Carolina

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a licensed (or provisionally licensed) Clinical Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid work while serving a diverse client population—including children, adolescents, adults, and families.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide clinical counseling sessions to individuals, couples, or groups, as scheduled
- Maintain active communication with clients and referral sources, responding within 24 hours
- Use evidence-based practices tailored to client goals and diagnoses
- Coordinate care with other providers (PCPs, psychiatrists, schools, etc.) when needed
- Complete documentation (intakes, progress notes, treatment plans, etc.) by Friday each week
- Attend staff meetings and participate in training and case consultation
- Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards aligned with your licensure and the practice
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative team culture
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, or psychology
- Active (or provisional) license in South Carolina: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, or PsyD
- Available to maintain a caseload of at least 20 client sessions per week
- Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and communication abilities
- Self-starter who values teamwork and accountability
