Balanced Wellness is an integrative primary care and women's health practice dedicated to helping patients optimize their health through evidence-based medicine, prevention, hormone optimization, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine. We are seeking an exceptional Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice as a part-time independent contractor (1099).
This position is ideal for a provider who is passionate about women's health, perimenopause, menopause, preventive medicine, and whole-person wellness and wants to practice in an environment that values quality of care over volume.
What You'll Do- Provide evidence-based primary care with an emphasis on prevention and wellness
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Manage hormone optimization, perimenopause, and menopause care
- Educate and empower patients through lifestyle medicine, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management
- Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate conventional and evidence-based complementary therapies when appropriate
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients

Qualifications
- Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or WHNP)
- Active Oklahoma APRN license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA registration
- Experience in primary care required
- Strong interest in integrative medicine and preventive healthcare
- Passion for women's health throughout the lifespan
- Experience caring for women in perimenopause and menopause preferred
- Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) certification preferred, or actively working toward certification
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to lifelong learning
