Our experienced team is composed of Psychiatrists, Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs), Psychologists, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs). This is a full-time on-site role for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) located in Laredo, TX. The PMHNP will provide direct patient care, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and monitoring treatment plans. Additionally, the practitioner will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to uphold compliance with care standards, document patient progress, and ensure high-quality mental health services are delivered.
- Proficient in psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing mental health conditions, and medication management
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- Competent in maintaining thorough patient documentation and ensuring compliance with clinical standards
- Experience with mental health care settings, including outpatient clinics and residential facilities
