Qualifications:

• Able to Pass AHCA Level 2 Screening
• Psych Experience preferred
• Medical Experience preferred
• Excellent verbal & written communication and computer skills (Required)
• Must be organized, efficient and a good team player.
• Extensive driving (Required)
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) Preferred

Job Description:

• Collaborate with providers, facilities, families, staff, etc. daily
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time
• Provide support for providers to ensure protocols are being followed
• Ensure providers have access to equipment and rounding materials to meet productivity and encounter requirements
• Promote and develop successful communication and relationships among the facilities Balanced Wellbeing services in the region.
• Collaborate with admin team to ensure the efficacy of company protocols
• Attend weekly meetings
• Prepare and assess reports as needed
• Attend new building openings and events
• Receive and effectively communicate via multiple platforms daily

Job Hours:

• Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Weekends and Holidays off

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $70,000 annually
