Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Outreach Coordinator to lead our community engagement efforts and foster meaningful connections with relevant populations to drive referrals. In this role, you will develop and implement outreach strategies that promote our programs, services, and initiatives. Duties
- Design and execute comprehensive outreach plans to increase awareness and participation across target communities for social media and email campaigns.
- Develop engaging marketing campaigns utilizing social media platforms, community events, and traditional media channels
- Maintain phone and email communication with current referral partners.
- Coordinate on the phone/via text with potential referrals/referral partners, web and phone referrals to convert leads
- Collect and analyze data on outreach activities to measure impact and inform future strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of outreach efforts with organizational goals and priorities
Skills
- Strong communication and public speaking skills with the ability to engage audiences confidently
- Proficiency in marketing techniques and social media management for outreach purposes
- Ability to collect, interpret, and utilize data effectively for continuous improvement
- Excellent leadership qualities paired with administrative experience in organizing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience/background in mental health/clinical/managed healthcare preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
