Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities

• Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks, vans, and personal vehicles for delivery purposes.
• Load, unload, and organize products using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Deliver goods promptly to customers’ locations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
• Follow designated routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, maintain proper documentation, and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Assist in warehouse operations by moving inventory, stacking pallets, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Use mobile devices to track deliveries, update logs, and communicate with team members effectively.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks or commercial trucks is preferred. CDL is NOT required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using proper lifting practices; experience with manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including the use of manual handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Strong understanding of traffic regulations, DOT compliance, and safe driving practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients.
• Ability to work physically demanding shifts involving moving heavy items and manual handling tasks.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
