As a Balanced Foods Manager, you’re the heartbeat of your location. You’ll lead and support your team, build meaningful business-to-business relationships, coordinate local marketing events, and create a welcoming environment for every guest. From running the register to helping customers choose meals that fit their goals, you play a key role in the success of your store.
You’ll become an expert on our menu — from ingredients to macros — so you can guide guests toward fresh, delicious, nutritious options that help them stay on track. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and passionate about people, health, and good food.
