Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist at our Chicago, IL location. The Physical Therapist will deliver exceptional patient care through personalized treatment plans, focusing on rehabilitation, physical therapy techniques, and wellness optimization. Daily tasks include evaluating and diagnosing patient conditions, developing therapy programs, monitoring progress, and providing education for at-home care strategies. Engaging directly with patients, the Physical Therapist will focus on achieving meaningful, measurable results while embracing innovative, tech-forward tools and resources.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
- Strong skills in Patient Care and developing individualized treatment plans
- Experience with Medicine and Home Care to provide comprehensive therapeutic support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients
- Commitment to staying current with advancements in physical therapy and wellness technologies
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Illinois state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in a concierge or wellness-oriented environment is a plus
