Balanced Creations Therapy & Trampoline is a leading therapy center dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals 0-18 years of age (sometimes 0-100). We specialize in offering innovative therapies such as Rebound Therapy to promote physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being. We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Rebound Therapist to join our team.
Position: Rebound Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Provide Rebound Therapy sessions to clients based on their individual needs and goals.
- Design and implement customized therapy programs using trampoline-based exercises.
- Assess clients' progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
- Create a safe and supportive environment during therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Offer guidance and support to clients and their families throughout the therapy process.
- Collaborate with other therapists and professionals to ensure holistic care.
Requirements:
- Completion of Rebound Therapy training provided by Rebound Therapy USA (training will be provided if not already certified).
- Strong knowledge and understanding of therapeutic techniques and exercises.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage own schedule effectively.
- Empathy and patience when working with individuals with diverse needs.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
